We are trialing a new online form on our practice website, powered by Bookable.
It is a new way to request care from your GP Practice. You can use it if you have a new health problem, need advice about an existing condition, or have an admin request. It will try to help route you to the right care faster, and help our clinicians and staff action your requests faster too.
There’s no sign up needed, you can use the form straightaway.
Instead of completing a standard online form, you’ll answer a series of simple questions. The questions adapt to your answers, helping you provide the information our clinical team needs.
Once you’ve submitted your request, we’ll review the information and make sure it reaches the right member of our team. This helps us assess requests appropriately and respond as quickly as possible.
You can:
- Ask for medical advice about a new or ongoing health problem
- Request help for an administrative query
- Book appointments for routine immunisations and screening
- Contact the practice without waiting on the phone
